NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT

Mandatum Pankkiiriliike Oy has today informed Satama Interactive Plc that
holdings of Mandatum Pankkiiriliike Oy's of Satama Interactive Plc's shares and
voting rights have declined to under 1/20 of the share capital and voting
rights on June 15, 2007 due to the maturation of derivative contracts. 

The total number of Satama Interactive's shares (SAI1V) is 41,236,808.
