On transferring the 34 per cent block of shares of UAB GET Baltic owned by AB Lietuvos Dujos to AB Amber Grid

On the 6th of November 2015 AB Amber Grid (code 303090867) and Lietuvos Dujos
concluded a share purchase contract. As per the share purchase contract,
Lietuvos Dujos transferred to AB Amber Grid the shares of UAB GET Baltic (code
- 302861178), which comprise 34 per cent of the authorised capital of UAB GET
Baltic. The shares of UAB GET Baltic were sold for the market value of the
block of shares comprising EUR 130 832, which was determined by an independent
assets value. 

UAB GET Baltic is a company holding the licence of a natural gas market
operator, whose main function is to organise and develop trade on the natural
gas exchange.
