the Company's Board, having regard to Protocol Resolution No.1-6 “On ensuring
implementation of exploration works and financing of the Syderiai underground
natural gas storage facility” of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania as
of 9 January 2012, approved of the implementation of phases II and III and the
organisation of a public procurement for drilling and explorations in wells in
relation to the project “Exploration and modelling of Syderiai geological
structure for the construction of an underground natural gas storage facility”
of Lietuvos energija, AB.
