The Municipal Guarantee Board moves into new premises

The Guarantor of Municipality Finance Plc's funding - the Municipal Guarantee
Board (“MGB”) - moves into new premises in Helsinki September 25, 2009. MGB's
new street address is Yrjönkatu 11 A 1, 00120 Helsinki. Otherwise MGB's contact
details, telephone (+358 9 6227 2880) and fax numbers (+358 9 6227 2882) remain
the same.

Municipality Finance Plc is a local government credit institution owned by
Finnish municipalities, the Local Government Pensions Institution and the
Government and is the parent company of the Municipal Finance Group.
