received the notification from the shareholder of the Issuer UAB EPSO-G (legal
entity code: 302826889, registered address: Juozapavičiaus g. 13, LT-09311
Vilnius, Lithuania, hereinafter - UAB EPSO-G) on the transaction in issuer's
securities concluded by the person closely associated with the manager of the
issuer.
