Notification on disposal of a block of shares of the Issuer

Issuer - AB “Amber Grid” (hereinafter - the Issuer) hereby informs that it
received the notification from the shareholder of the Issuer OAO Gazprom (legal
entity code: 1027700070518, registered address: ul. Nametkina, 16, 117997,
Moscow, Russian Federation, hereinafter - OAO Gazprom) on disposal of voting
rights.
