Moody's Changes Icelandic Housing Finance Fund Outlook to Stable from Negative.

On April 23, 2010, Moody's Investors Service changed the outlook on the Baa3
issuer rating and local currency ratings of Housing Financing Fund (“HFF”) to
stable from negative. 

The outlook change reflects the corresponding change in outlook in the ratings
on the Republic of Iceland.
