Bankas Snoras AB - Notification on material event

AB Bank SNORAS finished placement of the Bond issue

On 6th September 2011 AB Bank SNORAS finished the placement of Conditional
coupon bond issue No.1. 19 658 bonds with nominal value of LTL 100 were issued.
Nominal value of the issue is 1 965 800 LTL. Redemption of bonds is on 9th
September 2013.
