Changes in Ramirent Group Management

Pierre Brorsson has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and
member of the Executive Management Team of Ramirent Plc. He succeeds Jonas
Söderkvist who assumes the position as new Senior Vice President of segments
Sweden and Denmark. Erik Alteryd, present SVP of segments Sweden and Denmark,
assumes the position of Manager of Region East in Sweden.

Pierre Brorsson, MSc. Ba., comes to Ramirent with a wealth of relevant
experience from the position as VP, Business Development,  Industrial Technique
BA at Atlas Copco. Prior to this he was VP, Finance & administration of the MVI
and Tools & Assembly systems divisions at Atlas Copco between the years
2006-2014. Pierre starts in his new position at Ramirent no later than 1
January 2016. 

Jonas Söderkvist assumes the role of SVP of segments Sweden and Denmark as of 1
January 2016 and is part of the Executive Management Team. Jonas Söderkvist has
been with Ramirent since November 2009 as Chief Financial Officer and EVP of
Corporate Functions, where he has been instrumental in driving the
transformation of Ramirent Group into a New Generation Rental Company operating
on a common Business platform. 

Erik Alteryd, SVP of segments Sweden and Denmark since 2013, assumes the role
of Manager for the capital area region in Sweden, Region East as of 22
September 2015 and is part of Ramirent's Swedish Management team. Magnus Rosén
steps in immediately as interim SVP of segments Sweden and Denmark.
