Gubernija AB - Notification on material event

The Repeated Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders did not take place

On 13th of August 2009, upon non-gathering of the shareholders, the repeated
extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the joint-stock company
“Gubernija” did not take place. 

The suggested project of agenda resolution - to allow mortgaging of the
Company's property in favour of Siauliai County State Tax Inspectorate for the
period of tax loan - was not adopted.
