Kauno Energija AB - Notification on material event

Concerning district heat prices

District heat, supplied by AB „Kauno energija“, prices, determined on 19 July,
2007 by the decision No. T-398 of Kaunas city municipality council, validity is
extended till the new basic heat price of JSC „Kauno energija“ coordinated with
State Prices and Energy Control Commision, coming into force day.
