CORRECTION ON STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE: YIT'S COMPARABLE FIGURES FOR 2008         
ACCORDINGLY TO THE NEW BUSINESS SEGMENT STRUCTURE                               

In a stock exchange release published by YIT Corporation today March 23, 2009 at
10:15 it was mistakenly stated in the heading of the table Assets and           
liabilities that the figures are in millions of euros although the figures are  
in thousands of euros.                                                          

Below is presented the corrected table.
