ANNOUNCEMENT OF OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES
MARKETS ACT 



PKC Group Oyj has 30 August 2011 received a notification with reference to
Chapter 2, paragraph 9 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act. 



The share of votes and share capital in PKC Group Oyj held by Ilmarinen Mutual
Pension Insurance Company (0107638-1) has exceeded the limit of 10% on 30
August 2011. Following the transaction Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance
Company owns 2,017,955 PKC Group Oyj shares i.e. 10.14% of the shares and
votes. 



The amount of shares of PKC Group Oyj on 30 August 2011 totalled 19,905,856.
The company has one series of shares.
