Management Board of Joint-stock company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA Approved Prices of Electricity Procurement in 2011

In consideration of the fact that the National Control Commission for Prices
and Energy by Resolution No.03-248 dated October 28, 2010 Regarding Setting of
Prices of Electricity Procurement in 2011 set the price of electricity
procurement at 16 ct/kWh in 2011, the Management Board of Lietuvos Energija AB
adopted the resolution to apply the price of 16 ct/kWh of electricity
procurement in 2011 set by the National Control Commission for Prices and
Energy to the part of electricity, sold by Lietuvos Energija, which is sold to
the public supplier and which this type of electricity sells to the regulated
consumers at public electricity price and set Kruonis PSP secondary capacity
reserve price for 2011 - 11.9 LTL/MW/h.
