Landsbankinn hf. - Changes board/management/auditors

Change in alternates to the Board of Directors of Landsbankinn hf.

Ragnar Lárus Gunnarsson, who has served as alternate to the Board of Directors
of Landsbankinn since the last Annual General Meeting, has resigned his
position due to professional commitments abroad. A new alternate will be
elected at the next shareholders' meeting.
