published 

Tecnotree's Annual Report 2012 has been published as online report on the
company's website http://annualreport2012.tecnotree.com. The report is
available both in Finnish and in English. 

The Annual Report includes the Board of Directors' Report and the Financial
Statements 2012. 

Tecnotree's Corporate Governance Statement 2012 has been published separately
from the Board of Directors' Report in Finnish and in English on the company's
website www.tecnotree.com/Investors and it is also available in the Annual
Report 2012. 

The online report or parts of it are printable in PDF-format at the online
report site and this replaces the printed report.
