MARIMEKKO'S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR 2007 WILL BE RELEASED ON THURSDAY, 24 JANUARY 2008 AT 8.30 A.M.

Marimekko Corporation's financial statements for the year 2007 will be released 
on Thursday 24 January 2008 at 8.30 a.m. A briefing for the media and analysts  
will be held in Marimekko's store in the Kämp Galleria Shopping Mall,           
Pohjoisesplanadi 31, Helsinki, at 8.30 a.m.
