Regarding Agriculture Index-Linked Notes coupon payment
Bank „Finasta“ informs that according to the prospect of Index-Linked Notes
„S&P GSCI Agriculture® 1“ and „S&P GSCI Agriculture® 2“, the coupon payments of
the Index-Linked Notes are conditioned on the „S&P GSCI Agriculture®“ index
value recorded on May 16th, 2014. 

According to the prospect, coupon is paid if the index value is more than 10%
higher than was recorded at the Notes issue date. 
The index value recorded at the issue date was 77.28.
On May 16th, 2014 index value was 66.36, therefore no coupon is paid.

The Index-Linked Notes will be redeemed on May 23rd, 2014 for the nominal value
of 100 EUR.
