Anu Tuomolin (41), M.Sc. (Econ.), has been appointed new HR Director and member of the Executive Committee of Aktia Bank plc. In Aktia’s current renewal process, HR has a key role in leading and driving change as well as the digitalisation of business operations and further, through competence development, in engaging and motivating the employees to provide high-quality customer advice and enable a first-class customer experience in accordance with Aktia’s new strategy.

Anu Tuomolin comes from the post as HR Director at Accenture Finland where she was also Nordic HR Business Partner Lead.

Anu Tuomolin will take office 2 January 2018 at the latest.
