Listing of Tieto’s 2009 B stock options

Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 13 December 2012, 2.00 pm EET

The share subscription period for stock options 2009 B will commence on 1 March
2013 and end on 31 March 2015. Each stock option 2009 B entitles its holder to
subscribe for one (1) share in Tieto Corporation. Payment of shares shall be
effected on subscription. The share subscription price amounts to EUR 14.92.
The amount of the dividend decided before share subscription will be deducted
from the share subscription price as per the dividend record date. 

The Board of Directors of Tieto Corporation has decided that stock options 2009
B issued in the Finnish book-entry system will be listed on the main list of
NASDAQ OMX Helsinki as of 1 March 2013. New shares subscribed with stock
options 2009 B will be listed as additional lots of Tieto shares on the main
list of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki together with the old shares after the new shares
have been registered. 

The Board of Directors has also decided that subscriptions shall be made by
paying the subscription price and that Evli Bank Plc, Aleksanterinkatu 19 A,
00100 Helsinki, Finland, shall act as the subscription place. 

Listing time schedule for shares subscribed with stock options 2006 C, 2009 A
and 2009 B in 2013: 

  -- Shares subscribed by 11 April 2013, including this day, will be listed on
     or about 26 April 2013.
  -- Shares subscribed by 4 June 2013, including this day, will be listed on or
     about 19 June 2013.
  -- Shares subscribed by 9 September 2013, including this day, will be listed
     on or about 25 September 2013.
  -- Shares subscribed by 11 November 2013, including this day, will be listed
     on or about 27 November 2013.
  -- Shares subscribed by 31 December 2013, including this day, will be listed
     on or about 20 January 2014.
