Patrik Pehrsson Appointed Innofactor’s CFO

Innofactor’s Board of Directors has appointed Patrik Pehrsson as CFO for
Innofactor Plc as of October 1, 2016. Since 2008, Pehrsson has worked as CFO
for Microsoft’s Finnish Subsidiary, Microsoft Oy. In his new role, Pehrsson,
who holds a M.Sc. (Econ.) degree, will become a member of Innofactor’s
Executive Board and report to CEO Sami Ensio. 

”I’m very happy that Patrik will join our team. I’ve known him already for a
long time through our cooperation with Microsoft. I’m convinced that he will be
able to bring the kind of business understanding and support to the CFO role
that is required to further drive Innofactor’s growth and international
development. We want to develop the role of our Finance function to guide our
future development even more”, says Innofactor’s CEO Sami Ensio.
