Grigiskes AB - Notification on material event

The authorization to pursue concentration is received

On the 25th of February 2010 “GRIGISKES” AB received the authorization of the
Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania to pursue concentration by
acquisition 100 % of the shares of "AGR prekyba” UAB, which holds 100 % of the
shares of "AVESKO" UAB, which owns 96,18 % of the shares of “KLAIPĖDOS
KARTONAS” AB. 
“GRIGIŠKĖS” AB shall acquire 100 % of shares of "AGR Prekyba" UAB after the
terms of the share purchase - sale agreement signed between "GRIGIŠKĖS" AB and"Hanner" AB are fulfilled and a memorandum of the transaction completion is
signed.
