OP-prime Down                                                                   

On 25 November 2008, OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative's Executive Board     
decided to reduce OP-Pohjola Group's OP-prime reference rate from 5.00 per cent 
to 4.25 per cent, effective as of 9 December 2008. The decision is based on     
falling market interest rates. The prime rate was last revised in July 2008.
