MIKA IHAMUOTILA TO LEAVE SAMPO GROUP

Mika Ihamuotila, a member of the Sampo Executive Committee and the Group MD
Committee, will leave the service of the Sampo Group as of 15 April 2007. 
 
Mr Ihamuotila has been responsible for the Sampo Group's banking and investment
services since 2001, and served as President and CEO of Sampo Bank until 1
February 2007 when it was acquired by Danske Bank A/S.
