TEPPO TALVINKO APPOINTED AS CFO OF IXONOS PLC



Ixonos has appointed Teppo Talvinko, M.Sc (Econ), 46, as the Chief Financial
Officer of Ixonos Plc. He will be a member of Ixonos Management Team and report
to Ixonos incoming CEO Esa Harju. 

Teppo Talvinko joins Ixonos from FCG Finnish Consulting Group Oy where he has
been group CFO. Talvinko has over 20 years of experience in financial
management from Rautaruukki, Tamro and Lumene. Talvinko will start as Ixonos
CFO on 1st of February 2013. 

Current Ixonos CFO Timo Leinonen moves to Lassila & Tikanoja Plc in January
2013 as CFO.
