Share subscriptions based on stock options 2009C

Comptel Corporation  STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16 December 2015, 2.30 PM EET



Between 15 October 2015 and 30 November 2015, a total of 541 514 Comptel
Corporation new shares have been subscribed for with the company's stock
options 2009C. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2009C, the entire
subscription price of EUR 276 172.14 will be entered in the reserve for
invested unrestricted equity. As a result of the subscriptions, the number of
Comptel shares increases to 108 395 409. 

The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2009C have been registered in
the Trade Register on 16 December 2015, as of which date the new shares will
establish shareholder rights. The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki together with the old shares as of 17 December 2015. 

The share subscription period for stock options 2009C was 1 November 2013 - 30
November 2015. The 2009C stock options entitled to subscriptions of a total of
1 400 000 shares. A total of 974 139 new Comptel shares were subscribed for
under the stock options 2009C. 2009C option rights that were not exercised by
the end of the subscription period are no longer valid.
