Notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act

Componenta Corporation (Business ID 1635451-6) has today received the following
notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act
according to which the holding of Tiiviste-Group Oy, in which Erkki Etola
exercises control, in Componenta Corporation shares and voting rights has
exceeded 5%, and at the same time the total holding of Etra Capital Oy and
Tiiviste-Group Oy together, in which Erkki Etola exercises control, has
exceeded 15% in Componenta shares and voting rights. 

”NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 9, SECTION 5 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

The holding of Tiiviste-Group Oy in which Erkki Etola exercises control in
Componenta shares and voting rights has exceeded 5%. At the same time the total
holding of Etra Capital Oy and Tiiviste-Group Oy, in which Erkki Etola
exercises control, has exceeded 15% in Componenta shares and voting rights. 

In accordance with Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, we
announce to the Financial Supervisory Authority and Componenta Corporation the
following: 

1.  Target company: Componenta Oyj

2. Name and business identity code of the shareholder subject to notification
obligation: Tiiviste-Group Oy, Business ID 0115121-4 and Etra Capital Oy,
Business ID 2305147-6 

3. Date of change in holdings: 24 March 2015

4. Holding of the total number of shares and voting rights in the issuer:

Etra Capital Oy:

Number of shares: 14,381,450
Holding of total number of shares and voting rights: 14.79%

The calculation basis for the flagging is the total number of Componenta
Corporation shares and voting rights, 97,269,224. 

5. Chain of controlled undertakings: Tiiviste-Group Oy and Etra Capital Oy are
companies in which Erkki Etolan exercises control.”
