Regarding the decision of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania

On March 2th, 2009 the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania has
published the decision in case On the compliance of the provisions of the
articles 8, 10, 11 of the Law on the Nuclear Plant and article 19 of the Law on
the Administration, operation and disposal of State and municipal assets to the
Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania.
