TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RAMIRENT'S 2002 OPTION PROGRAM AMENDED                  

Ramirent's Annual General Meeting adopted yesterday the free issue proposed by  
the Board of Directors. In connection with this, the terms and conditions of the
2002 option program were amended so that each option entitles to subscribe for  
eight (8) shares with the aggregate subscription price defined in the terms and 
conditions of the 2002 option program.                                          

The subscription price for one share is thus EUR 1.495. The subscription price  
will be reduced by the amount of dividends on the dividend record date 24 April 
2007.
