TECNOMEN RECEIVES NEW ORDERS WORTH USD 4 MILLION FROM CENTRAL AMERICA

Tecnomen has been selected to supply a charging expansion to two Central America
operators. The expansions include leading-edge prepaid voice and data services  
that are part of the Tecnomen Convergent Charging Solution. These expansions    
will be delivered during the second and third quarter of this year.             

“This expansion will provide the operators with the capacity necessary to       
support continuous subscriber growth.” notes Mr Oscar Fernandez, Managing       
Director, Tecnomen Latin America. “Current Central American cellular market     
penetration is fairly low.  Significant growth in the near future of the total  
number of subscribers in the region is expected."                               

In addition to these two orders, two other Convergent Charging expansion orders 
have also been received recently from other Central America customers. The four 
orders total USD 7 million. “The Central American market is one of the key areas
for Tecnomen's growth in Latin America. With these new orders we further        
strengthen our position in the region” adds Oscar Fernandez.                    

The Tecnomen Convergent Charging solution includes functionality for prepaid and
post-paid billing, charging and rating of voice calls, video calls, raw data    
traffic and any kind of content services in both mobile and fixed networks. The 
solution includes a new range of value-added services optimised for increasing  
ARPU.  Tecnomen Convergent Charging has been pre-integrated with network        
equipment from leading network vendors, and supports simultaneous use of        
different bearer network standards including GSM, TDMA and CDMA.
