to following flagging notification concerning the shares in SSH Communications
Security Corporation:

 Timo Syrjälä

3. Reason for notification

The total ownership to shares and votes held by Timo Syrjälä, including the
companies under his control, has decreased below 5 percent (1/20) after new
shares have been subscribed for with Company´s stock options. 

The total ownership to shares and votes held by Mr. Syrjälä, including the
companies under his control, has remained unchanged. 

4. Share of the ownership in the company

Timo Syrjälä, including the companies under his control (Maijos Ltd. and
Ekobrokers Ltd.) owns 1,538,615 shares in SSH Communications Security
Corporation, corresponding 4.98 per cent of all shares and votes in SSH
Communications Security Corporation.

votes. The Company has one share series, each share entitling to one vote.
