CURRICULUM VITAES OF PROPOSED NEW HONKARAKENNE BOARD MEMBERS

Honkarakenne announced on Friday 27 March 2015, that the shareholders who have
over 50% of the votes carried by the company's shares have decided to propose
to the Honkarakenne Oyj Annual General Meeting that the number of Board
Members, on the Board to be elected, be confirmed to be six, and that of the
members currently on the Board: Arto Tiitinen, Mauri Saarelainen, Hannu Krook
and Anita Saarelainen to be re-elected. The curriculum vitaes of the Board
Members who have been proposed for re-election are available on the company's
website at http://www.honka.com/en/board-directors. 

In addition Honkarakenne announced informed on Friday 27 March 2015, that the
shareholders who have over 50% of the votes carried by the company's shares
propose that new Board Members are Kati Rauhaniemi and Jukka Saarelainen.
