INVL Baltic Real Estate - Notification on material event

INVL Baltic Real Estate has signed a management agreement and an agreement on depository services

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2016-11-11 08:14 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 
INVL Baltic Real Estate has signed a management agreement with INVL Asset
Management and an agreement on depository services with SEB bankas. 

The agreements will take effect when INVL Baltic Real Estate receives a
closed-end investment company license issued by the Bank of Lithuania.
