Preliminary performance results of Žemaitijos Pienas, AB for the three month-period of 2012

              Unaudited consolidated sales revenue of Žemaitijos Pienas, AB for
the first quarter of 2012 is LTL 116,3 million ( EUR 33,68 million); compared
to the first quarter of 2011, sales increased by 0,1%. Unaudited consolidated
loss for the first quarter of 2012 is LTL 1,1 million ( EUR 0,3 million );
profit for the first quarter of 2011 is LTL million 1,1 (EUR 0,3 million). 



                      Please find attached the unaudited consolidated interim
financial statement of Žemaitijos Pienas, AB for the first three month of 2012
and the management's approval.
