ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 22 DECEMBER 2015 AT 11:30 AM

Elisa Corporation (ELI1V) has received the following notices in accordance with
Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act: 

According to the notification the total number of Elisa Corporation shares
owned directly or through financial instruments by BlackRock, Inc. and its
funds first increased above five (5) per cent and then decreased below five (5)
per cent of Elisa Corporation's entire stock.
