On 19 May 2011 AB Ukio bankas finished the issue of Fixed rate bond issue LTL
No. 3/2011 issued under LTL 200,000,000 short and medium term bonds offering
program. During distribution period (from 18 April 2011 till 19 May 2011)
207,128 bonds with nominal value of LTL 100 and fixed 4.0 percent annual
interest rate were issued. Redemption of bonds on 29 May 2012.
