TECHNOPOLIS BUILDS A PATIENT HOTEL IN THE FINN-MEDI WELLBEING AND HEALTH CARE
CAMPUS IN TAMPERE 

Technopolis builds a Patient Hotel for Norlandia Care Oy in the Finn-Medi
wellbeing and health care campus in Tampere. The Patient Hotel will be
constructed in the same complex as the Eye Center for Pirkanmaa Hospital
District and a multi client office facility. 

The Patient Hotel is approximately 7,060 gross square meters, including a
restaurant and 136 rooms. The investment amounts approximately EUR 13.6
million. Technopolis Plc and Norlandia Care Oy have signed a long-term lease of
the premise. Construction of the Patient Hotel begins in May 2010 together with
the other phases of wellbeing and health care campus. 

Net Size of whole project, including the patient hotel, office premises and eye
center is approximately 16.400 brutto square meters and the investment totals
EUR 29.7 million.
