Adjusted natural gas distribution price cap

On 29 October 2015, the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices
(hereinafter - the NCC) set the natural gas distribution price cap of AB
Lietuvos Dujos to be valid in 2016, which is EUR 7.92 per MWh. This price cap
will also apply to AB Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius, which will operate after
the reorganization of AB Lietuvos Dujos. 

Compared to 2015, the distribution price cap will increase by 6 percent in
2016. The main reason for such an increase is declining natural gas
distribution volumes. 

In light of the set price cap, the Board of AB Lietuvos Dujos will decide in
the nearest future on specific natural gas distribution prices to take effect
as from 1 January 2016. Specific prices will be submitted for NCC's approval in
accordance with the procedure and deadlines established by laws.
