Annual General Meeting, held at Austurhraun 9, Gardabaer, Friday March 7th 2008
at 15:00.

Further information about the Board of Directors is available at the Company´s  
headquarters, Austurhraun 9, Gardabaer.  
According to the Articles of Association of the Company the Board of Directors  
shall be comprised of six members. Therefore it is clear that the above         
candidates will be elected for the Board without ballot at the Annual General   
Meeting.
