information, which is in disposition of AB „Vilniaus degtinė“, East Capital has
transfered 2 233 476 shares, for the price of 0,35 euro, which forms 9,15% of
voting rights of the company. AB „Vilniaus degtinė“ shares were acquired by
compny belonging to Marie Brizard Wines and Spirits.
