NOTIFICATION ACCORDING TO CHAPTER 9, SECTION 5 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT:
CHANGES IN SHAREHOLDINGS IN NORVESTIA OYJ 

Norvestia Oyj has received flagging notifications, pursuant to Chapter 9,
Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, on 12 May 2015 from Kaupthing
hf. and CapMan Plc. 

According to the notifications, Kaupthing hf. has sold part of its holdings in
Norvestia Oyj to CapMan Plc on 12 May 2015 and additionally the parties have
agreed on an agreement or arrangement that, if realised, would result in the
acquisition or disposal of shares or voting rights. As a result of the share
trade and agreements or other arrangements, if realised, the holdings of
Kaupthing will fall below the 5 percent threshold in shares and votes, and
correspondingly the holdings of CapMan will exceed the 25 percent threshold in
shares and votes.
