Shares Acquisition Contract Signed

Lietuvos Energija AB and LEO LT AB signed a contract for purchase - sale of
shares, whereby Lietuvos Energija AB acquired 1 000 000 (one million) ordinary
nominal shares of Interlinks UAB and became the sole shareholder of this
company.
