Componenta Corporation has received the following statement dated 23 September
2009 from Oy Etra Invest Ab concerning a change in its shareholding. 

”Notification of a change of shareholding in accordance with section 9 of
chapter 2 of the Securities Market Act 

Oy Etra Invest Ab's share in the voting rights and share capital of Componenta
Corporation has decreased below 25 per cent due to Componenta Corporation's
share issue in which Oy Etra Invest Ab subscribed 1 000 000 new shares on 21
September 2009. 

In accordance with section 9 of chapter 2 of the Securities Market Act, we
announce to the Financial Supervisory Authority and Componenta Corporation the
following:
