Evia Plc's rental expenses will significantly decrease in August-December 2007

Evia Plc Stock Exchange Announcement June 6, 2007 at 11.30 a.m. 

Starting from August 1, 2007, Evia Plc has agreed to sublet the facilities      
located at Parrukatu 2, an old power plant Voimala, to event organizing company 
Helsingin Voimala Oy. The contract includes marketing cooperation.              

Evia Plc has increased the rent loss reservations for the sublet premises in    
Bulevardi 6 to cover rent differences even for the short term contracts until   
the end of the Year 2008. Evia Plc will dissolve these reservations for the     
first two quarters in the end of June and in the future quarterly.              

The subletting of the facilities and the changes in reservations will cut down  
Evia Plc Group's other operating expenses in 2007 by approximately EUR 250,000.
