Munksjö’s financial reporting schedule and Annual General Meeting 2017

Munksjö Oyj will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin for 2016 on
Thursday, 16 February 2017. The Annual Report 2016 will be published in
electronic format at www.munksjo.com at the latest on 28 February 2017. 

The company’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 21 March 2017 at
1 p.m. EET at the Finlandia Hall in Helsinki, Finland. The notice to convene
the Annual General Meeting will be given later on by the Board of Directors. 

For the year 2017, Munksjö will publish its interim reports, half year report
and financial statements as follows: 

January-March                           Wednesday, 26 April 2017 (A.M.)  
January-June                            Tuesday, 25 July 2017 (P.M.)     
January-September                       Wednesday, 25 October 2017 (A.M.)
Financial Statements Bulletin for 2017  Tuesday, 13 February 2018 (A.M.) 

All financial reports are published in English, Finnish and Swedish and they
are also available at www.munksjo.com after the publication. Munksjö observes a
30 day silent period preceding the announcement of financial results.
