FINNAIR PLC SELLS 100 % OF FLYNORDIC

On 24 April 2007 Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA and Finnair Plc announced they had
signed a memorandum of understanding regarding the sale of Finnair Plc`s
subsidiary FlyNordic to Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA. The transaction was to be
completed within the second quarter of this year, pending approval from the
Norwegian Competition Authority. 

Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA and Finnair Plc have on 30 June signed and entered
into a final and binding sale and purchase agreement on the sale of FlyNordic.
The transaction is pending approval from the Norwegian Competition Authority.
