Stumbras AB - Notification on material event

Stumbras AB sales in the first two months of 2008

Stumbras AB sales amounted to LTL 7.94 million (EUR 2.3 million) in the month
of February 2008. Sales of alcoholic beverages decreased by 28.9 % compared to
LTL 11.16 million (EUR 3.23 million) in sales during same period of the
previous year. 

Stumbras AB sales reached LTL 16.82 million (EUR 4.87 million) in the first two
months of 2008.  Production sales decreased by 3.33 % compared to LTL 17.40
million (EUR 5.04 million) in sales during same period of the previous year.
