Vilniaus Baldai AB - Notification on material event

CORRECTION: Vilniaus Baldai AB, result for activity during period of January - July 2008 - REVISED

Net loss of AB „Vilniaus baldai“ during July 2008 was 909 thousand LTL (263
thousand EUR), July of previous year - net profit of 1.551 milion LTL (449
thousand EUR). EBITDA during July 2008 was 632 thousend LTL ( 183 thousen EUR
). Year ago it was 3.23 million LTL (0.93 million EUR). 
Net loss during period 2008 January - July - 4.772 milion LTL (1.382 milion
EUR), same period year 2007 - net profit of 2.225 milion LTL (644 thousand
EUR). 
EBITDA was 4.491 million LTL (1.301 milion EUR). Year ago it was 11,19 million
LTL  (3.24 million EUR). 

COMMENT: the result for activity of Ltd "Girių bizonas" that is calculable with
the proprietary method was envaluated.
