Regarding the public electricity price cap for 2013

On 21 December 2012 the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy
approved public electricity price cap for 2013 for domestic consumers: 

•    in medium-voltage networks 34,104 ct/kWh (VAT excluded);

•    in low-voltage networks 40,323 ct/kWh (VAT excluded).

This change will have an insignificant negative impact on the company's
financial results of the year 2013, but under the existing law the difference
between actual power purchase price and projected electricity price of the 2013
would be compensated in the year 2015.
