Amber Grid - Notification on material event

Prices for Natural Gas Transmission Services Are Set for 2015

On 20 November 2014, the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy
approved AB Amber Grid natural gas transmission services tariffs that will come
into effect from 1 January 2015, which were set by the Board of Directors of AB
Amber Grid on 5 November 2014 (Minutes No 7). 

In accordance with the Entry-Exit pricing model, the prices are set for each
entry and exit point of the transmission system) and are posted on AB Amber
Grid website www.ambergrid.lt.
